The Association of Photographers has selected new work by Jonathan Worth to be included in it’s Lecturer’s Awards for 2009. The image from a shoot of the band Kasabian is to be circulated amongst it’s members nationally and internationally as calendars for 2010.
Jonathan dubbed "National Treasure"

Jonathan – whose employers have dubbed him a ‘national treasure’ – added: ‘To have my work recognised by the world’s most prestigious portrait gallery is truly amazing and I am hoping that I can retain their interest with the work that I continue to produce.’
National Portrait Gallery Photograph of the Month

This month saw the first pieces of Jonathan’s work to be acquired by the National Portrait Gallery in London, the portrait of authors Alan Moore and Melinda Gebbie has also been selected as their Photograph of the Month.
